Chef’s Blend

Created through an extended smoking process using a blend of multiple hardwoods, this salt develops a darker appearance and a more intense, layered flavor. The result is a robust, savory profile with deep roasted notes reminiscent of espresso and cocoa, designed to add complexity and depth to meats, sauces, and finishing applications.

Smoked using 5 different types of wood for 42 hours, it’s darker in color and more robust in flavor with hints of espresso and cocoa.
